SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.. I'm desperate!!

On January 17, I had my first unprotected sexual encounter with my ex-boyfriend. I am really self conscious so, I went to the doctor on the 21st I got tested for every STD including HIV, with my amazing luck, he infected me with HSV 2 and HPV (high risk). I thought my life was ending and that I was not going to ever be able to find another boyfriend or have kids so I stayed by his side even though he denied having hsv & hpv. We had unprotected sex two three times after that & the last time was on Feb. 9th. A week after that last sexual encounter I started to get a Vaginal Itch and a fishy smelling discharge. I went to the doctor 2 days after getting those symptoms and got tested for all STI's & Syphilis.

I was diagnosed with a Yeast Infection and a Bacterial Vaginosis I took my treatment & not even a week after I received a call from the doctors telling me that I needed treatment, it was for Chlamydia. On that same visit to the doctor I got my first Colposcopy, I was sooo freaked out knowing that this guy gave me 3 std's, I was thinking that he probably gave me something else like HIV. I was going through sooooo much stress, luckily I had my best male friend by my side which soon became my boyfriend on Mid Days of March. On April 19th I got an Antibody HIV test which was exactly 3 months after my first encounter with my ex. The test results were negative but I was still really scared, my boyfriend was trying to convince me that I didn't have the virus but the doctor told me that I need to get tested again in 3 weeks to complete the 3 months after my last encounter with my ex. After the doctor told me that I started to freak out alot more.

I started feeling my glands everyday checking, my throat, checking my vagina to see if there was anything different, going online to read articles on HIV symptoms which freaked me out even more. I also started feeling shortness of breathe & some muscle pain. On the 12th and 18th of June I went to the Emergency room to have them analyze my throat and my pelvis because I was having some pain. Everything was good, no infection in my body and no swollen glands.  I once got a really bad Stomach ache and had 2 days of diahrrea. Then I started to feel a tingling feeling on both my feet & hands, I also get an itch on my arms and legs. The only thing that the doctors from the Emergency room have told me is that I'm being parranoid and that Everything is fine. But I don't feel like it is. The Shortness of breathe has not gone away, and I've been going to the bathroom alot more than ever, it's strange because I'm always constipated and now I use the Bathroom almost twice a day. Also I've been getting  terrible headaches, even though I get Migraines all the time, this is a diffrent kind of pain, it's like in the back of my head and sometimes on my forhead and behind my eyes, BuT I think that the headaches are due to the eruption of my THIRD MOLAR. That also has me really worried.. I've been reading the forums on this website which actually make me think that I am okay, since I got tested 69 days after my last exposure. But I'm still very concerned.. And I have a few question..

Is 69 days enough time to detect antibodies under my conditions??

I haven't been taking any medicine for my HSV 2 because I haven't gotten another outbreak since the first one.. If I had HIV, is it possible for the virus to cause me another outbreak?? Would I have gotten one If I did have HIV??

Are my symptoms reliable??

Do you think I have HIV??

Was my exposure High Risk or Low Risk (by the way he only ejaculated inside of me ONCE, during our LAST sexual encounter)??

Are all these symptoms due to stress/ anxiety??
