TB and LFT TEST

Hi,
I am HIV Positive.I have started getting TB, Penunomia or high SGPT Symptoms (They're quite similar).I will be giving LFT as well as X-Ray (to find out about Penunomia or TB).Now Can my doctor find out i have HIV using these tests.. because I live in Saudi Arabia and they will execute if they find out i had sex before marriage..It is considered rape here.So its very complicated situation for me.I tested for HIV when i was in United States States.I am really stressed out and your guidance will be very appreciated.

LFT Blood Test and TB Blood test (they check homoglobin number)
