Condom broke during sex last Friday.

I'm going to assume I was "unprotected for about 2 minutes, maybe two and a half and I didn't climax. Should I get tested?

Unless you know your partner had HIV your risk is too low to justify testing over this individual event. It makes more sense for sexually active people to just have an annual HIV/STD screen rather than worry about individual exposures like this. But if you think you need the psychological assurance, then by all means test.
