Im scared to death, pls help

I had a protected sex on 2 dec with a very high risk prostitute, (later she claims that condom broke) but im pretty sure, i have some pain in my penis on the same day but very mild , when i pull out the condom i sqeezed my penis bit hard and pulled the condom out (pull out from the base)  i doubt the vigina (vagina) fluid might contacted my penis tip,

5th dec  i had a hot urine
10th Dec day night chill, lasted one night - took ciproflaxin 500 mg for days and antibiotic injection
11 dec day - fever  37. 8 and diareah , lasted 6 days,  high fever  for 2 days and on and off fever accompanied with hot urine
till today 9th JAN - on and off fever 37 degree and soar and dry throat, diereah on and off , no hot urine since  till now

HIV Rapid test at 32 - ve
All STD negative
special test (Dr said) for claymdia turned negative at 4 week

"fever  37 degree (i saw in wiki it says 37 degree is normal, but i never had 37 degree in my whole life only when if i have fever )and soar throat" this fever present for almost 6 weeks from now (on and off)really scaring me to death, im married i so worried abt my wife's future,
