Your symptoms don't sound like any STD, including HIV. You are at extremely low risk for STDs from 20 seconds of oral sex. Please direct further questions to your GUM clinic.

im in a mixed state. i feel happier beinng in these forums because im not alone people have similar circumstances to me and we all try to help each other which is nice, but i still have a worry about the obvious and i no a test would do me the world of good.

my anxiety has improved somewhat now, as before i felt suicidal i dont now. and i dont feel like borking and i havenbeen sick again which must be good. im inthe middle of arranging some free counselling over the net with a hiv counsellor from a uk run chatrity.
but i know i will remain massively concerned untill i get tested for all std theres so much little advice and opinion broadens for when to test for all of the stds as ive read so many different timeframes.
JOGGEN could u please tell every single std i should test for and the correct timeframe for each 1. i will test at a GUM clinic in north east UK are these good services to use or should i go private?????????

If your anxiety is making you physically sick then no Internet forum is going to be able to help you with that. In fact, seeking information on the web is probably making it worse, because of all the conflicting information.

An HIV test will definitely help you, but you should seek care for your anxiety in the interim. I suggest that you make an appointment with a mental health professional ASAP to obtain care for your anxiety, and in the interim get off your computer and do something else to take your mind off of this for a while, until you can speak to somebody face-to-face about it. Go outside and go for a walk, go to a gym and get some exercise- physically activity can have an immediate positive impact on one's emotional state.

Beyond that, I really cannot help- Lizzie, etc. have already said everything that can be said about your encounter.
