Reassured yet still very concerned

About 3and half weeks ago I received a sensual massage whilst in Bangkok from a clothed female masseur, the massage concluded with a happy ending (handjob). I was naked during the massage. There was no  anal, vaginal or oral sex.  Notwithstanding being advised by a Dr that this was a no risk event and that I should forget about it and the fact that numberous times on this site health experts are stating that sensual/erotic massages are essentially safe from a HIV perspective. I cant put the episode behind me. I am still pre-occupied with questions such as what if the massuer had cuts on her hands or was bleeding and that some of that blood entered by body through either my uretha or anus  -am i at still at risk and needless to say have become very anxious over the episode and continue to monitor my body for the slightest sign of seroconversion symptoms. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Your symptoms are most likely anxiety, but for sure NOT HIV.  Testing would be a waste of time and money.

You are fine

Thanks Joggen for your response, over the last two weeks I have developed a very stiff and sore neck, have not had a fever and cannot tell if my neck glands are swollen but my neck are is sore. I think anxiety has taken over. I am contemplating taking a Duo test at 28 days for hopefully piece of mind

HIV is transmitted through unprotected vaginal or anal sex, sharing IV drug works, or mother to child. That's the only way you can catch it. Massages don't transmit HIV, and it doesn't matter what part gets massaged.
