anxious 100%

i had brief unprotected vaginal sex with a female of unknown hiv status for about 4 seconds, (i've posted this scenario already on the hiv prevention community, but since my main issue here is anxiety, then i thought this would be the right place) i have tested after 7 weeks after the exposure with a cmia ag/ab test (i believe this is called a duo test?) and came out as non reactive.

after that exposure i told my gf about it, and she just laughed at me and said i couldn't get it just like that. and so we had unprotected sex sometimes within that 7 weeks. on the 8th week she developed itchy rashes on her thighs, and non itchy ones on her face. she also had a mild fever and mild sorethroat. i started to freak out.

now i just want to clarify how reliable is this ag/ab test? and should i wait for the 3 months as sir Teak and the others have said? or should i just consider this as conclusive just like what the doctors in this forum are claiming that 6-8 weeks post exposure testing is conclusive? I'm really confused as to whether to test again or not. and i'm also entertaining in my mind that i am a late seroconverter. or what if the test results were wrong. I even called the hospital if they had any incidents that had those errors and said that it was almost impossible for them to have such mistakes. this anxiety really is draining the life out of me.

I even gave myself this equation for temporary relief:  .05(% that the woman would be hivpositive here in philippines) x .001(1/100 as the risk for unprotected exposure) x .05(they said that the duo test has a 95% reliability on 6-8 weeks so i had a margin of 5% as error) = .0000025 or .00025% of being infected

I really cant get this anxiety out of me so im making this long post i really am sorry if i violated some of the rules.

Combo tests are conclusive after 4 weeks. If you don't believe me, then have a final antibody test at 3 months. I am not going to waste your time or mine debating this. Thread is over.

If I thought you needed additional testing, I wouldn't have said what I said.

You did not catch HIV. You should just forget about this and move on with your life.
