i had a 1-time received oral sex with a sex worker of unknown hiv status, she tolde me she is clean and sucked me for less than 5mins, i ejaculated a bit in her mouth before she pulled out, am i at risk?

So to get this clear. You had oral sex and that is it? Was there any unprotected penis vagina or penis anal sex? If you had only oral sex then the risk is very little. There are NO known cases in the medical field of getting HIV from oral. It is still okay to be tested if you ever had unprotected sex in any other way. Even though oral is low risk I would not keep going out there and having oral sex, because though HIV is not a known risk for oral sex....herpes is a risk.

Doctors on this site say this about oral sex................

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex.  Please educate yourself about the real risks.  If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. thanks for the response, i have been haunted for a while with this stupidity of mine having not used any condoms, whats the percentage of assurance that i'm not in risk? as this would greatly help in lessening the depression inside me...

You are a man and only had her mouth on your penis....you are even way less risk than me!!!!

And neither of us need to worry.
