folliculitis

i started dating this girl and she has these like spots on her back of her neck that look
like achne (acne)  she say it from over growing skin. Is this a sign of hiv? Could she have  folliculitis and not have hiv?

I also have folliculitis since 3 years and have tested 3 times for HIv its negative so folliculitis is not a sign of HIv

Hello to everyone!

Folliculitis is NOT a sign of hiv and I can prove it ... it is a BACTERIAL infection ... not a VIRAL infection!
