well that a rare case the son bitten the father nail off his thumb which lead to bleed and can had exchange of blood with blood possible as the the man was bitten , the son may had some blood on his mouth to ... bitten mean the virus is exchange with air contact .. as per my understanding the virus cant live long once its touch the air .. u are fine man
