unprotected sex with a lady and Positive result next

I had unprotected with a lady who I don't know in the evening and  next day to the clinic to do HIV test and the result was Positive using the rapid test then I ran to the hospital to do another 2 tests so I did Elisa and Western Blot on that same day and I got my result after 5 days  which came negative, then the doctor to told me to come back after 1 month to do another Western blot to confirm that was false positive and I did it and came back after 35 days to do 2nd wb and it was negative which was 35 days after the first positive result,  I did Elisa test after 12 weeks after the 1st positive and came negative so do I need to repeated the HIV test again after 3 months and if yes can I go for a Elisa antibody test or should I do Western blot again.

Welcome to the HIV forum.  Questions about false positive rapid HIV test results are fairly common on the forum.  There was one like yours only a couple days ago; take a look:

First of all, you could not possibly have a positive HIV test the day after catching the virus.  It takes 10 days minimum and usually 2-3 weeks.  Second, the rapid HIV antibody tests not infrequently give false positive results.  You had exactly the tests needed to confirm that the initial result indeed was false. You absolutely, definitely do not have HIV and I see no need for additional testing.  But if you have a health professional who is advising you on this, follow his or her advice.

My Doctor, advised me to only come back after 30 days of the initial positive where I did so I did 2 Western blot tests, one the same day when I got that initial positive on the rapid test ( along with Elisa test)   and 2nd one was 35 days later  and all came  back negative, 12 weeks later I did another Elisa. but is 3 months rule of Window period  applies to me to do another test to make it final, if yes which test I should follow do think simple antibody test like Elisa will be fine.
