1-time unprotected sex, shaved pubic area - WORRYING!!!!

male, heterosexual, mid 20s. USA.
last thursday friday (1 week ago) i shave my pubic region and then friday night i had unprotected sex. she said she is clean. i had sex with this women months ago and tested for hiv and was Negative. she said she had 1 other encounter (assumed unprotected) in between our incidents. about 3 days later i noticed a single bump in the pubic region where i shaved and seemed like there were 2 hairs coming out of it, so i pulled both of the hairs out with tweezers and then the next day it looked like a pimple with a white head...i tried to pop it, but dont know if i did considering its pretty small...now (about 6-7 days later) its red and slightly raised....looks like it could be declining in size, etc..

does this sound like early HIV symptoms or something else? or maybe just razor burn??

please someone help :( !!!!!!!
thank you in advance.

There are no tests marketed or sold to give a conclusive test result earlier than 3 months.

All testing follows the same basic steps:
The window period lasts 4 to 6 weeks but occasionally up to 3 months after HIV exposure. Persons at high risk who initially test negative should be retested 3 months after exposure to confirm results.

HIV is not diagnosed by symptoms. You can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.
