1 week after 28 PEP treatment completed, experiencing symptoms?

My risk was sufficient enough that I was put on PEP treatment for 28 days. 1 week post-pep I have swollen lymph nodes in my groin area, 1 on either side. I have some flu/cold like symptoms (as my roommate has had the flu/cold) of sore throat, coughing, sneezing and runny nose, from my understanding the last 3 aren't necessarily ARS related symptoms, but it's the swollen glands that have me really worried. I have no noticeable fever and no noticeable swollen glands elsewhere on the body. I know the response is "Go and get tested at 3 month mark", but what I'm wondering, is if I'm experiencing these symptoms, can I take the PCR test,and if I do, what's the percentage of accuracy? Should I be so worried about these swollen lymph nodes in the groin area? Can these nodes swell from regular cold or flu? Thank you for your time.
