11 week test

Hello!  I had a negative test result at 11 week. Is it reliable? Does it matter that is was not in the 12th week?

Thanks

The test says it is (translated from spanish) scrutiny from antibody and antigen p24 by chemiluminiscence. It is a 4th generation isnt it?

If 4th generation. it is conclusive.

If a standard antibody test, the CDC says 3 months is conclusive.  Your 11 week test will not change.  However, retesting at 3 months is completely up to you.  It's not absolutely necessary, just for peace of mind if you need it.
