Your test is definitive. The official window period is 12 weeks but you tested close to that. 4 days won't make any difference.
If you think you've given your wife Chlamydia, I would urge you to tell her. In normal situations, I'd advise not letting her know, but Chlamydia can have a negative impact on a woman's fertility. Also, it's asymptomatic in a lot of people. Of course it's up to you, but early detection means Chlamydia isn't a big deal but it can cause havoc besides.
