12 week INSTI negative result

1. Is an INSTI (rapid test) negative result, taken at the 12-week mark (84 days), considered to be 100% conclusive?

2. Is there any need for further HIV testing?

Thanks Lizzie. I was concerned that the rapid test wouldn't be as accurate as normal HIV tests (blood samples sent to the lab).
