12 week negative ALL pleas HELP

I just had my 12 week antibody test yesterday. It was negative. Is this result conclusive? I also had a test at 11 weeks that was negative-this clinic had stated to me that the window period was 12 weeks (3montsh)...the clinic i went to for my 12 week test had said the window period was 3-6 and i need to come back in 3 months.  I was shoked. I thought 12 weeks was conclusive. Please help.

You are negative. It doesn't matter if it was 12/13 weeks.
