12 weeks enough?

i've finally manned up to get tested. is 12 weeks enough or shall i wait the 13?

why can't you please just listen to me? I'm 16 years old and this is ruining my life. HIV through oral sex is not a no risk situation like those guidelines say. its low risk but who knows i could be that guy that got it. just please, i apologize for this.

So you promise when i go tomorrow to get tested on the exact 12 week mark that i will be HIV negative? And you know how much it costs? ( P.S. THIS IS A DIFFERENT QUESTION, NO NEED TO GET ANGRY)
