3-4 weeks result

Hi.

I had sex with a girl with an unknown status. I entered her initially 30-40sec without condom and finally wore it til i ejaculated. Twas on january 17-20 as far as i remember and i had my checkup in kuwait on february 15-17 of the same year also. I know its the worst decision i made in my life but somehow the result was Negative through blood test by finger-pricking. The question goes like this:
1. Is it a reliable result?
2. When you say finger-pricking blood test, what kind of hiv test is it and its reliabilty?
Its my 6th month now and all i experienced was just a slight muscle pain for an hour or two. Im afraid to take a test again because if i am found positive, i will be deported back to my country and that means im unemployed. I am the only who is working for my family. I beg for your enlightenment. Please advise me. :'(

It's to late for nPEP, it has to be taken within 72 hours. If you test positive and it's confirmed then we will discuss it, but as of now you haven't tested positive.
