3 month test

I just received my HIV and HCV test results.  I gave blood at 3 months to the day (anxiously wanting to get this done).  Here are the tests that I have had and the results an educated thoughts are appreciated.
3 mo HIV antibody 1/2 EIA = non reactive
3 mo HCV antibody = non reactive
11 Oraquick Rapid = non reactive
11 week Liver Enzymes = normal
9 week HIV antibody 1/O/2 ICMA = non reactive
9 week RNA PCR = <48 copies, undetectable
6 week HIV antibody 1/O/2 ICMA = non reactive
2 week HIV Antibody 1/O/2 ICMA = non reactive
2 week RNA PCR = <48 copies, undetectable

I have been concerned about any possible coinfections too since I had a blood exposure.  I was vaccinated against Hep B 10+ years ago but never had a surface antibody test to verify it worked.  My doc ordered this a couple weeks ago and I have a very high level of surface antibodies (immune to Hep B), Non-reactive Core Antibodies, and Non-reactive Hep B antigen.  I believe this means I was never infected and develop antibodies from the vaccine.  The only thing that makes me question these results is the fact that my surface antibodies were around 600 units and anything over 10 is immune.  Either I had a great immune response from years ago and it is still high or my body could have been exposed again recently...immediately fought off the virus and produce more surface antibodies.  I know this is a HIV forum but here is my concern.

1. If I was exposed to Hep B or even Hep C, would this delay my development of antibodies to HIV?  I want to believe my results are pretty conclusive but I still feel a little stressed.
2. Is a 3 month HIV test and Hep C test truly conclusive?  The ID doc I originally spoke to said 6 months is 100%.  Even the CDC say 97% at 3 mos.  What are the chances that I would actually develop antibodies after 3 mos.  I'd like to think I'm a fairly healthy guy...used Hydrocortisone cream for a couple weeks after "exposure" and was on antibiotics for a couple weeks...nothing else.
3.  Does the RNA PCR tests at 2 & 9 weeks give additional reassurance that I'm 100% in the clear regarding HIV?

I know this is a long message and I haven't posted in weeks because I just wanted to get all my results at 3 mos first.  I feel better regarding some of my symptoms I had but I am experiencing some tingling in my hands and feet...mild itchy burny sensation at times.  I don't know if this is from stress and anxiety or related to some virus.  I have had minor muscle twitches in the past which my doc thinks were from stress, but nothing like this irritation.

Please help!
Thanks

Thanks for the thoughts.  I know most people are going to say I'm fine and I really want to move on w/ my life.  I just have so much at stake with my wife, etc.  I could never live w/ myself if she got sick.  Se understands my blood exposure and risk and thinks more optimistically.  Even after I thought I was getting better, I had a week of abdominal cramps and now neuropathy symptoms...it is driving me nuts
