3 week test negative

I had unprotected sex with a female about 2 months ago but it was only the head put in.. A couple week later I started discharging so I decided to get tested I was positive for chlamydia and hiv and gonorrhea came back negative.. But I think now I might have thrush or maybe I'm over reacting.. Should I be worried even if my 3 weeks test said negative?

Thanks.. Next week makes 7 weeks so I will be sure to make a trip to get re-tested

3 week HIV antibody test, will not tell you much. An antibody test at 6-8 weeks would be fine.
