4 hour old finger cut using pre *** as lube for mutual mastubation

I am a 54 yo married male. I met another man who was around my age at a bath house in Germanyof unknown status.  We engaged in mutual masturbation and he had a lot of precum that I used to help in stimulating him.  He  never ejaculated.  This lasted about 5 or so minutes.  After this I remembered I had a 4 - 5 hour old cut on my index finger, near the tip of the finger. Yes the same area I was using to stimulate him.  I had cut myself with a very sharp knife and it bled but stopped after a couple minutes at most.  I never thought about applying a bandage.

Thanks for your quick response. So 4 to five hours after the injury is plenty of time for the cut to heal sufficiently to protect the body from infection of HIV? I should just do the regular screening I currently do every 6 months?
