4 years later am back on here

after 4 years am freaking out again .

I had no problems till now , but last week i finished a project in the states and went back to my country, i had some scratchs on the back of my hands and while healing they turned into warts , I was ok with that till I make small research about it...


I tried to bite and get rid of the skin on the wart and i guess it came to my lip that way now thers one white spot on my lip which i tried to squeeze and all, i would believe that lead to having a discomfort on my lower lip now its dry , i got some red dots on the front of my tongue . Most importantly diarrhea , I got diarrhea i go to toilet maybe once a day but it s loose , I dont have any other symptoms , maybe i am feeling a bit tired since 2 days cause i couldnt sleep at all. 

I am scared to death , where i live you cant get anonymous tests and I have a respectable job, popular around my family and friends , I cant sleep while thinking what i can lose . i dont even mind about dying now but people getting sad because of me and feeling ashamed of me this is the idea that kills me . 

Could HIV turn into its symptomatic stage that fast ?  almost 4 years now since the possible exposure.
Are those symptoms alone enough to explain the HIV (warts are hard to catch for normal people) plus dry lower lips and small red spots in front of tongue and most importantly diarrhea. 

I am going crazy almost feeling suicidal , please answer me .

Excuse me Vance, my native language is not english so i generally can not get if its sarcasm or not , I am sorry for taking your time and others here , I know you might think that i am spoiled or crazy but as you know it makes you go crazy when u are in doubt and cant get the test. Again sorry again if i did anything against the rules of the forum.

If i had anonymous tests I would do that believe me ! 
I guess now anxiety is getting me more , every new day am getting a new symptom, I got obsessed with warts then , diarrhea, then my lower lip got dried, today small red dots on the tip of my tongue and right side of it . and back side of my tongue almost near my throat , seems to be a thrush . one triggers the other one i guess. I am feeling like a dead man !

Dude go take a rapid test. And when it is negative, if you are still concerned go visit a doctor

now I have tiny red bumps in front of my tongue , its just a bit burning, it could be the coffee i drank today it might have been irritated but then again all those symptoms came together to make me more and more crazy. Do anyone have any idea bout the symptoms i wrote ?

If you are that concerned, go to a health clinic nearby and take a rapid test.

First of all thank you for your answer, just those facts are very solid symptoms of advanced stage , thats why i am trying to get more information , I know me asking it over and over is annoying but I cant sleep at nights . MY friends and my boss are telling me that I look very upset , i couldnt come up with a lie and just told i am feeling blue without a reason.

having warts after 4 years then dry lips and diarrhea at the same time!! 7 weeks ago i had a short time flu but i shook it with no rest in 5 days and i was feeling fine , I have no weight loss yet ! no fever ! no headache no nothing but those symptoms but they are as ugly and disturbing they can get , I had that wart on my thumb for years and just recently after a scrat on the back of my hands i got more warts ..
