42 day Negative 3rd Gen Test

Dear All,

I just tested negative at 42 day mark with a third generation test approved by my local health department? Is it conclusive or definitive or a good indication? What are the chances of it changing at the 12 week mark? If I get tested again at 10 week mark (two weeks short of window period cos I have to go overseas for a wedding) is it still considered conclusive? Thank You.
