5 Week HIV test reliability.?? Anxiety causing hair pulling

m a little afraid. I had unprotected sex for the first time and one time..(I was a virgin) with my ex about 5 weeks ago and not sure of his status. He insists he is ok and fine. However when it comes to my sexual health I'm not believing him. I guess because I get paranoid over death defying situations.  I believe its an anxiety disorder. I got so scared that I eventually muster up the courage to go at three weeks and talk with a doctor. He reassured me and told me HIV is not prevalent in the area I live at and he also told me that it is not as prevalent amongst the young college population.  ( I'm 21 and he is too) So I got tested at three weeks was negative.  I then scheduled for a pap test and chlamydia gonorrhea testing 2 weeks later from that day (which made 5 weeks). My pap test came back excellent. My chlamydia and Gonorrhea tests were negative.  I was so relieved. I even had a high WBC and the doctor told me not to worry its just a point hight than normal anf it was probably caused by nature or some mild infection. She then gave me antibiotics for it.  My HIV test also came out negative.

Basically how accurate is the test at 5 weeks??

I've read in articles that stated some states in the US and countries oversees are considering conclusive tests at 6 weeks and some at 8 weeks because medical technology for HIV is so sensitive it can pick up the slightest antibodies.

Also will my 5 weeks change or is it a good indicator? ? I used the oraquick rapid swab. The doctor also sent the swab test to the lab for further testing and she told me I was fine and that they couldn't find any antibodies.

I need liable answers. My anxiety is hurting me physically.  I'm pulling out my hair. The situation got me so stressed that I have pulled out hair into the top of my head and have a baldspot there.
