7 months after risky encounter

So I'm trying to get enough courage to go to the clinic this week and get tested. I know that you can't diagnose HIV with symptoms, I just want to hear some of your thoughts on the bizarre series of events that happened, and if my exposure was a high risk/low risk/etc.

On Jan. 14 I engaged in unprotected intercourse with a female for about 10 minutes and finished inside her. Shortly after this (a few weeks) I came down with Strep C and was treated with penicillin. I didn't have too much pain in terms of my throat but wasn't feeling all to well. It cleared up in a few weeks and I felt relatively normal. At the very end of April I began to experience eye pain, and then a fever and went to the doctor approximately 5-6 days after the symptoms developed. I was diagnosed with the Flu.. only to return a week later not feeling any better (having a temperature the whole following weak and being extremely tired, with my temperature peaking to 102). A throat swab was done to test for Strep again due to throat pain and white patches on my tonsils, but it came back negative. A blood test was then done and it came back positive for Mono. I was given prescription strength ibuprofen and was sent on my way. Took a few weeks but my throat cleared up and my fatigue generally went away. However my throat still has a bunch of flesh colored bumps on the back of it (no pain at all though) and i've seemingly lost 6-7 pounds.

Here's where the weird stuff comes in:

On vacation after swimming in the ocean I came back to shower and had sever pain on my glans (glands) penis, it was very red and looked scaly on the top side. Was extremely painful to have water hit it in the shower and I had to wear tight boxer briefs to even walk without feeling uncomfortable. It took about 3 days of wearing spandex under my swimsuit and the tight boxer briefs for the pain and redness to subside. I also awoke one morning to find two blisters (they kind of looked like water blisters) on the side of my pointer finger and my middle finger (facing eachother). They are located at the base of my finger. I scratched the one on my pointer finger and the skin broke and a clear substance came out slightly. It scabbed over yellow and is extremely red around it (no pain or itchiness). The other one on my middle finger is just red. I also over the past month or two have experienced about 3 bouts of Diarrhea for unknown reasons. It was only persistent in each occasion for one bowel movement (what I mean is it wasn't ongoing, and I didn't have any fever or any other symptoms).

I also feel like I get sick a lot easier than I did before. I just started developing a sore throat AGAIN.

I know it probably sounds crazy but I really am convinced something is extremely abnormal when you add all this up, as it all happened after my unprotected sex with a friend. I've never had such weird things happen to my body, and I'm just looking for some comfort and overall opinions on what I just mentioned. I'd also like to add, when I confronted the girl and asked about her std status, she claimed to be clean. She is 19, and I just turned 21 (male).

Like I said,

I'm aware of that, which is why I'm hoping I have the courage to do that this week. I'm not asking you to diagnose me, I'm asking for your opinions and how much of a risk I was at. Lizzie, you of all should understand, having a son that has HIV. I'm also a son of very loving parents, and I'm just worried, looking for some guidance and consolation.
