8 week test

I would like to congratulate you on your work here. I know you get questions like this all the time but it would mean a lot to me if you could inform me on this. I was masturbated by someone on a beach. He also touched the tip of my penis with his foot. 6 to 7 weeks later I had a rash on my body (chest back and inner side of arms) 3 dermatologists examined me and told me it was probably a reaction to something (like soap). It dissapeared completely 3 days after the medication they gave me. There was nothing else like fever, lemphopathy etc. One of them asked me to have a VDRL test which turned negative. 8 weeks after the contact I decided to have an HIV test (MEIA) by myself which was also negative. They didn't tell me to have another test at the hospital. I saw in this site that people talk al lot about an 12 weeks and 6 monthes test. I was really scared to have the first one. Should I have another one? What's the possibility of a 12-week test to turn positive. I'm reaaly anxious. Thank you

ok now...lets be rational about this one.

you tell me.    how would his semen get into your penis from this situation?

you didn't need to test in the first place because there was absolutely no risk.
