9 Week Negative conclusive?

my test results are as follows:

Test Value Range Result Test Date Results Date
HIV-1 Antibody Test with Reflex to Western Blot Confirmation <1.00 <1.00 Negative 10/08/2009 10/09/2009
HIV 1/O/2 Abs, Qual HIV 1/O/2 Abs, Qual Non Reactive Non Reactive Negative 10/08/2009 10/09/2009

Is that conclusive if the potential exposure was on 8/2?

Also just to add. I took flagyl for what was thought to be a parasite infection for 1 week. Could this mess with the time frame for a result?

Considering that you never had a risk, 9 weeks is conclusive for you fingering situation.

For people who have had a real exposure (i.e. not you), three months is conclusive.
