99% sure I have contracted HIV

Afternoon Doctor. I stupidly had sex with female from a bar whilst on a stag do in Portugal around 12 weeks ago. I immediately regretted my actions. 4 days later I returned to the uk. That night in bed I had night sweats, body convulsions throughout the night. These symptoms lasted about 3 days and also including lag muscle twitches. The next day I visited the GUM clinic and had a STI tests done including HIV duo test. The following week I felt exhausted & dehydrated.  The tests came back 2 weeks later 'negative'.
I was fine until 5 1/2 weeks passed when the following 1 1/2 - 2 weeks I again got night sweats, fever which was not present all the time mostly of an evening though the temp I took showed 35.7 continually, Burning skin on the arms, occasional sore muscle, Numb feeling head / back on the same day  for 1 or 2 hours tops once. A Cloudy head, a dry mouth 10 days more noticeable & continued. Occasional diarhear, and sloppy stools on one day I felt completely lousy / burning up.
Due to this & 6 weeks after exposure I took another test for STI & HIV duo. All again negative.
On week 8 I got stomach cramp pain, and twitching muscles legs continued. I have struggled sleeping with the worry & my digestive system isn't functioning normally. I then developed continued
Bloodshot eyes (sleep lack off) and noticed my gum line was receding. Dentist checked this and said there was slight rescesion, but nothing to worry about. At 10 weeks & 3 days I took a further duo hiv test. Results 2 weeks later were negative. Throughout I have had extreme stress & anxiety levels. My dry mouth, stomach pains persist & vowel movements arnt great. Given the three duo tests over the time period, would you consider the outcome conclusive? I am thinking of doing another to be sure.

If she was a CSW she would have charged you, they don't work for free.

Thanks. Gum recession seems worse. Bowel movement same, leg twitches remain . Have you ever experienced a 10 week negative after a fourth gen antigen / antibody  test changing? Worried as these symptoms persist alongside sleep troubles. No longer having night sweats though but dry mouth still present. Worse during the night.

Been unable to post this till now.

Would there be a likely change 2 weeks later?

No.

These symptoms seemed to persist and bowel movements & mouth problems remain an issue. Given the symptoms and the negative 10 week  test, would you see the need for a further test. NHS said  after doing the 10 week test that I would have to return at 12 for a conclusive result. So much out there especially on these sites seem to contradict this. Would your opinion remain about this & take the result as conclusive.

Is the 4th gen duo considered conclusive after 10 weeks. I know the sites say 95% at 4 weeks and that increases as time goes on.  The NAT say it's 99.89 % at 4 weeks. So  much variation out there. NHS quite adamant on it but there own sites confirm 95% at 4 weeks. Would there be a likely change 2 weeks later?

"Hi there! I visited the massage parlour in malaysia last week . We had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex. Brought my own condom durex there. After the deed, i realised that the girl has poor hygiene and saw her tongue was green brown.- looks like a black hairy tongue or infection. I am so worried now that i mighr contract hiv due to her infected scary lookingg tongue. Please advice me. Am i at high risk?

A negative test at 10 weeks isn't going to change.  You're good.

That's fair. I am normally extremely safe. Lost it on return to uk, further lost it at 5 1/2 weeks. These symptoms seemed to persist and bowel movements & mouth problems remain an issue. Given the symptoms and the negative 10 week  test, would you see the need for a further test. NHS said  after doing the 10 week test that I would have to return at 12 for a conclusive result. It was initially, but the female who lived in Portugal but was British took it off during sex. Stupidly I carried on. Teeth / gum sore persists as do stomach cramps  & dry mouth. I never paid for sex but unsure of females status or whether she was a CSW.
