A concern...thoughts?...anyone with a similar problem?PLEASE get back

I had brief unprotectedanal (30 sec.) and received oral sex back on Aug 5th.
I tested last week @ 10 weeks. negative.

However, I have been having some back,...maybe kidney issues?
I was on Z-Pack, cipro, and doxy.

Could the back back in relation to some painful urination be STD/HIV related?
The MD did a uranalysis and said that I had white lukocytes in my urine and found no bacteria.

Anyone out there have a similar issue?

Is it antibiotic related?

I don't think its HIV related, and you're tests prove it.  10 weeks is pretty much certain negativity.  13 weeks would be conclusive.  If your worried about STDs other than HIV, why not get a full STD panel done.

How do they do testing for all stds?

blood work?

I really do not want the urethral swab...they did a urine culture for ghon. and chlamydia.
