A doubt concerning hiv infection

    I have scanned many of  answers .Teak,nurse and lizzie lou are saying "once exposed to air, hiv becomes inactive and unable to infect".
    Now I know HIV can't be spreaded by a simple needle or a knife  exposed to air within a single second even if they contain blood or bodily fluids.
    But ,why does a syringe needle  carry HIV  while a simple needle doesn't?  
    A syringe needle is also a  inanimate object right?

      I've sent the same question to LIZZIE LOU as a message,but she hasn't given a response.( ＞﹏＜)

It's not the blood in the needle it the blood in the syringe.

Simple answer. Hypodermic needles are hollow core that holds blood and simple needles don't.

    I'm sorry  but  why does the virus in the hollow core still maintain active?
    It's also exposed to air right?
    Is it  the reason that blood in the hollow core hasn't change its PH or pressure just like which in the body so the HIV is still active?

It's not the blood in the needle it the blood in the syringe.

The blood on the needle is on the suface area where it is exposed to the elements whereas, blood in the INSIDE of the bore of the needle is protected from the elements.  

This is why a simple superficial needlestick is not a risk, where iv drug users sharing syringes IS a risk.  They inject the infected blood directly into their bloodstream.
