A middle eastern man needs help

Hello Doctor and thank you for you all the great work you are doing. I don't know what I would have done without your help. I am American of middle eastern background(so you can unuderstand the reason hehind my bad English writing).I am Male 40 years old, married with a child.My wife and child are both back home. Almost seven weeks ago I had sex with a prostitute who looked like a durgs user. After we finished vaginal intercourse I realized that the condom broke.I washed myself right away.The next day I went to a nearby clinic tested for HIV and STD and came back negative.After 25 days I went for VIH and came back nigative. After 35 days I tested HIV again (Oraquick) came back negative. After 42 days I tested HIV again and came back negative. However, when I went to pick up the result of 42 days  I had to go to a clinic full of HIV positive people.I shacked hands with some of them, touched door naps, books,and furnature in the clinic.After 15 minutes of these encouters I ate a sandwich and realized afterwards that I didn't wash my hands. The scary part here is the roof my mouth was very sore and I also had cut on my lips. I am in the state of panic again. I have been living serious nightmares, anxiety,and depression.My questions are:
1)When should I stop testing for HIV as far as the first incidant is concerned ( broken condom) I am going back to my wife by the end of Feb and scared and dont know whether to sleep with her or not?.I am so afraid of infecting her.
2) Is it possible that I may have infected myself by eating food and not washing my hands after touching furnatures, door naps etc in clinic full of ADIS patients in light of that fact that I HAVE CUTS ON MY LIPS AND SORE ROOF OF MY MOUTH? Please help me out addressing these two questions. I don't know what to do. Thank you so much,

You are badly overreacting.  At most you needed a single HIV test.  The negative result at 42 days proves you did not catch HIV from the commercial sex worker, and HIV cannot be caught by shaking hands or eating food, regarldess of cuts on your lips or in the mouth.  You should know that.  You need to do a little reading about real HIV transmission risks.  (But the tone of the remark below, before I answered, is a bit harsh.  I deleted that response.)  

Bottom line:  Relax, you are home free.

Hi Doctor

I just checked to see your response to my question. It appears that you have deleted, was'nt it a valid concern? Can condoms weaken without breaking, to allow the HIV virus in?
