A quick question about possible HIV exposure.

I have always used protection. However, during a date with a girl I met, our fourth, I fingered her on three seperate occasions. While I wasn't bleeding, had no cuts and didn't have any sores, she was precumming very heavily. I'm aware that fingering is a low risk activity but what really worries me is that at one point, she got very excited and climbed on top of me and began to grind her labia against the base and middle of my penis. My penis never entered her and she never passed closed in on the tip but she did wet the penis from the base to about the center. This lasted for about 20-30 seconds.

I am not aware if she's HIV positive but I am extremely worried now. Should I be very concerned?

Thank you for your prompt reply. :/

oh one more thing:  you said in your post that fingering is a low risk activity.  WRONG.  Fingering is a NO risk activity.  Again, please get better educated on HIV transmission.  The AidsMeds website has a great section on that and it seems that it would benefit you greatly.  Keep using condoms for vaginal/anal intercourse until you are in a mutually monogamous relationship with someone who is conclusively HIV negative and you WILL avoid infection.  Not much more to it than that.

Didn't you READ what was written to you???  Is grinding the same as anal or vaginal intercourse?  No, it isn't.  Let me be clear.  Vaginal intercourse is when your penis is actually INSIDE a woman's vagina. Grinding is when you are rubbing genitals together externally (whether clothed or naked).  See the difference?  Since you don't fall into one of the categories the Lizzie very conventiently listed for you, then you had no risk.  Hope you understand now.  Sex is nothing to be guessing about.  Know what you are doing and get educated on how HIV and STDs are transmitted.  Knowledge is power and in the case of sex, what you don't know can very much hurt you!  And, as a person having sex, you should have an annual STD screening. including HIV.  It's the mature, responsible thing to do!

I'm aware grinding doesn't count but we didn't have clothes on and her fluids came in contact with my genetalia.
