I had a brief sexual encounter while wearing a tampon on my last day of my cycle... I remember seeing Pre-Cum. Now I m having all types of HIV related symptoms Exfoliative Cheilitis, Dry mouth, sore throat, swollen tonsils, acne, splitting nails, white tongue, fatigue, night sweats, rashes, ANIEXTY out of this world. I can't eat or sleep. All I do is CRY!!! I just need someone to talk to!

Hi, yes HIV anxiety is very common and very scary but contracting hiv from a brief one time affair is not really something to be concerned about. You can have the duo test at 28 days if that would make you feel better.
