ARS & Arthritis

Dear all,

sorry for again a new topic. But my concern might be worth a new thread as I haven't found any information regarding this. And maybe others have the same problem.

I already know about joint pain and also muscle pain as symptoms of an ARS.

The thing is that I am actually 12 weeks behind exposure, but I still have pain in my legs and also a swollen hollow of the knee which all started 8 weeks after exposure.

After having felt fatigue and hot flushs in the 5th and 6th week (and being tested negative in the 6th week / 39 days), I wonder if my pain that lasts now for almost 4 weeks could be related to an athritis.

Because I read that an athritis could be caused by an bacterial or viral infection and appear delayed. This would then explain why the symptom appears actually too late for ARS.

Does anyone know about this?

I know that just a test can tell me about HIV+ or not. Unfortunately I still have to wait as I am currently in China where confidence of the result can't be guaranteed by any doctor.

Thanks in advance for your input!!
