ARS Question

Are these symptoms of ARS?
-sore throat
-stomach pains
-headache
-dizziness
-loose stools/diarrhea

If I had no fever, no night sweats, no vomiting, does that mean I didn't have ARS?  Do these have to be a part of it?  I've had these symptoms 2-4 weeks.
