ARS Symptoms - sore throat for 4 days, fever for 3 and then cough for one week

Hi experts,
I am really depressed. I had sore throat in the 4th week for 5 days and on the 3rd,4 th and 5th day I had fever as well. From 6 th day I don't have any fever but there is little irritation in throat (roughness) and I am having cough (dry cough). This is for the last 1 week.
I am scared. Are these symptoms of ARS?

Breast milk only poses a risk to newborn babies, whose immune systems are not yet mature.  An adult cannot get HIV from breast milk, whether it is ingested, or otherwise.

Let it go, you didn't have a risk.

Just curious and anxious to know. How does it matter when the milk is ingested or on the penis? It can go through into others body and infect

Did you ingest the breast milk after it fell on your penis? If not, no risk. And even then, the virus would not even still be viable. No risk. Listen to the advice given to you.
