ARS Symptoms

I am a man and I had unprotected sex with a woman in January. I did not ejaculate inside her. Now, 9 weeks later, I am sick as a dog - 101 fever, chills, sweats, diarrhea, stiff neck - the whole thing. My doctor said it's a "flu-like" virus and I just have to get through it. My question is...could this be ARS symptoms? Could I be a late converter? Or do ARS symptoms come on before the 9 week mark? Thanks.

Too late for ARS methinks.
It's cold and flu season. Symptoms mean nothing.
Just take a test anytime now. I expect you to test negative:)

Then I would say you have yellow fever, tuberculosis, menigitis (meningitis), malaria, the bubonic plague, ebola, or smallpox.  Better get tested for all that!

Had the flu shot though, so it's probably not the flu...
