ARS after 6 months

Hi,
On june 21 i had a sex with csw in Mexico. during that condom got slipped. I took pep for whole 28 days course. After 13 weeks from last pep pill i took hiv elisa test which came out negative. I went back to normal life. yesterday afternoon i suddenly started having dry cough then sore throat then headache and by night i have a high fever (101) and night sweat. In morning i again checked my temp and it was 102. i went to see a doctor she checked for influenza (swab test sample from nose) and the test came out negative though she still gave me flu medicine. . all of this started exactly after 6 months from my last pep pill.
I am very worried as i have all flu symptoms but flu test results came negative is this ars?
should i take another hiv test if yes should i take elisa
do ars symptoms can come so late (after 6 month)

As I told you months ago, and as Dr. Handsfield told you more recently, your HIV risk to start with was so low that PEP was not warranted.  You took PEP and then got tested 13 weeks later and found, to no surprise that your HIV test was negative.  Despite that, since then you have posted on the HIV Prevention Community and now here worrying that symptoms due to viral illnesses are HIV. They are not.  You do not have HIV from the exposure you describe and if this is your only exposure of "concern" you do not need further testing.  Somehow I suspect that since none of the advice you have had yet has helped your concerns, my saying this is not HIV will not either.  Nonetheless here is my advice:

1.  You have a sore throat, not HIV.
2.  Get tested if you think it will ease you mind - you test will be negative.
3.  Go seek professional mental health advice about your unwarranted anxiety.
