ARS and Tests

Ok, I have read hundreds of posts and for some reason I feel the need to get confirmation on my situation. I was exposed March 20, 2008 with woman and have had tests at 26 days, 7 weeks, 10 weeks, 13 weeks and 19 weeks, all negative. Of course anxiety keeps me coming back for more tests and am considering a 5 month test. Symptoms range and most likely are in my head, but I swear, little mouth ulcers, sore throat at 20 weeks, drive me crazy.

My 3 month test was completed at a doctors office and I assume they are using the most up-to-date generation Elisa tests, but all others have been Home Access Health tests, which use 1st generation.

I've recently gotten a new girlfriend and weeks ago, we had unprotected sex. She is now sick, with fever, sore thoat. My question is this:

1. Am I crazy?
2. Do you think I could have exposed my girlfriend to HIV and she is seroconverting before I am?
3. How accurate is Home Access Health 1st generation test at 19 weeks?
