ARS and duration

My question relates to the duration of ARS.  I had a very low risk encounter on 29 Nov 2013, 2 weeks later had loose stool and pain in my left side that came and went with eating, going to toilet or wind.  The pain is still there occasionally 7 weeks later.  I didn't have any other symptoms and the loose stools stopped after 2 weeks.  How long does ARS last

By the way, the risk was lap dance where dancer got vaginal secretions on my clothes and could have soaked through to my penis.

Forget about it, not a risk, not even close. Worry about something realistic.

But the same fluids are involved inside and out, surely it can survive outside briefly if the contact was close as it was with the heavy pressure and rubbing, does that make a difference
