ARS from last 4.2 weeks

I had sex with sex worker with condom, but before putting condom on she rub my penis on her ***** after 12 days I start getting ARS I did test on 28 days from gum clinic nhs for HIV that was negative, I still have ARS and today is 6 weeks now, which test I should do today, Plz help me I am so worried.
