ARS like HIV, swollen glands three area

Hello,

I had a vaginal sex with my girlfriend. But it is first time with my this girlfriend and i dont know lots of thing about her life before me...
And also my partners vaginal liquid transmitted my hands and in my finger, there was small a scurf...

After 14 days later, very strong  muscle aches had started. I had  swollen glands( lymph nodes) in groin, under my chin, and armpit. they are enough big and hard. I am sure i did not have these before... And i can feel all of them.  They are still existed. And also For three days i had a rash on my hip for three days...And also i have pain abdoman(abdomen, kidney area)
And also seven week later  flu(grippe) is started i have fever, fatigue, cough and nose run...

My tests are;
HIV 1/2 P24 antigen COMBO Test 23rd day Negative
HIV 1/2 P24 antigen COMBO Test (ELFA test is written) 41st day Negative

And questions;
A) If i were inflected both hepatit B and hiv... Does it change the seroconvertion time. And does it affect to test time?

B) If it is necessary when i have to go for a test?

Please help me, my symptons are really strong... I think they are all sound like ARS. Am i true?  I have never lived that kind of symptons in my life...Swollen glands are afraid me too much because they are getting bigger and located  different three area... And also i have never lived that kinf of flu before...
Is it sound like HIV or any STD or something else...

Lastly, sorry for my English...You know it is not my mother language..

Thanks for your all answer....

Eventhough you  tested at 4 weeks, you need to test again at 12 weeks to get a conclusive negative result.

You can test again at 3 or 6 months or whatever, that's your own personal choice.  I don't see a single reason for you to take another test, it will be negative, without a doubt.

İ cant get her tested because now we are in different countries and i dont have any more connection...
Some web sites are written 3 months window period and if you are inflected both hepetitits and hiv you need 6 months for correct testing...
I am really confused and worry...

a) no
b) no

No chance that you have HIV.  Can't vouch for your gf, get her tested if concerned.
