ARS question

I had an unprotected exposure 5 weeks ago.

1. Can ARS rash last 5 weeks.
2. Does ARS rash appear and disappear.( I wake up and have some spots on my arms and legs 1 hour later they are gone then they come back later)

My rash looks like the image on this link (not a photo of me, something I found online)

Doctors have mentioned that ARS can cause hives. The way that hives act is that they appear and disappear.

This is the 7th week and I am still getting Hives rash.
