ARS related diarrhea

out of curiosity, just would like to ask how severe is the ars related diarrhea? can it be so mild until it is like irritable bowel symptom which only kicks in in the morning or right after meal...or it is truly a severe one which you will have to discharge no matter you eat or you dont eat....?.....

Diarhhea is one of the less common symptoms of ARS.  Maybe 10% at most get diarrhea.

It could be severe or there could be no diarrhea at all.  And everything in between.  You cannot diagnose HIV based on presence or absence of diarrhea.
