ARS symptoms have me worried

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can help.
What are the most common ars symptoms?
2 weeks after sex with a woman I got really bad bowel movements it was like water, and I was sick aswell.
No fever or sore throat or rash.
Now I have an uncomfortable feeling under both armpits, can't see any swelling.
Also been getting headaches with most pressure at the back of my head and neck.
I can't remember if the condom failed as I had a bit to drink that night.
I'm so worried, was tested 11 days after and everything came back clear.
I will go back to get another test in a couple of weeks but all this stuff happening to me is really got me worried as I just don't feel right.
Can anxiety and stress really bring all this on?

So I tested negative using an insti rapid test over 4 weeks post exposure,so a good sign so far, going next week for my duo test which will be nearly 6 weeks post exposure and as per Dr HHH and Dr Hook this will be conclusive.
Feeling a lot better about things, please everyone going through the same thing, just try to stay calm, the guys that run this forum know what they are talking about!

Thanks for taking the time to answer, the guilt has been eating me up badly.
It feels good just to be able to talk to someone about this.
Have you come across anyone with similar symptoms?
2 weeks after  diarrhoea and vomiting
Then now both armpits hurt and a lot of headaches.
Sorry you have probably answered these sorts of questions a million times.

We don't speculate on symptoms here. But nine times out of ten it's anxiety related because majority of the people who post on here never had a risk in the first place.

According to your previous posts, you had oral sex which is not a risk for HIV. Are you talking about a different situation?

There are no "common" ARS symptoms and that's why no doctor ever uses symptoms to diagnose HIV.

To diagnose HIV, they use a combination of:
1)Did you have a risk factor? (oral sex is not a risk factor)
2)For people who actually had a risk, what are their HIV test results?

This is a different situation :( I know I'm an idiot, was newly single in a bad place, now in the process of working things out with my fiancé again,so this situation has got me panicking and highly stressed,my anxiety is at an all time high.
I used a condom but can't be sure if it was broke.
It wasn't a csw but someone I know.
Condoms are designed to not break. But if they do, you would know because they split wide open and there would be nothing left but a ring around the base of your oenis. The fact that you remember removing a condom means that it didn't fail. And as you should be aware, using condoms prevents HIV so you had no risk.
