ARS symptoms?

Dry Mouth
Thick white coating at the back of the tongue with gaps between each taste bud
Bad taste ?

Took fluconazole thinking it was thrush but that was just when i had a white tongue now its constantly dry and white.
Constantly rubbing my tongue against the roof of my mouth, feels like my tongue has swollen?

Are these ARS symptoms?

You were never at risk for catching HIV through oral sex and the coating on your tongue has nothing to do with HIV. It's completely normal to have a coating on your tongue.

No medication  and my last exposure would have been about 3-4 weeks ago with my girlfriend who says shes always used protection in the past except for me. The last time she had sex (protected she assures me) was about 8 weeks ago we both took tests 2 weeks back and they were both negative.

If that was your only exposure, the reply above is the right one and you have nothing to worry about.

Both of you can take a test now and for you just for peace of mind test again at three months after your last intercourse with her.
But if she's negative at >8 weeks after last intercourse with someone else, adding the fact that she had protected sex with the previous partner (if you trust her), you can be sure you're in clear.

Alright, thanks any idea whats caused my symptoms then just seems like a terrible coicidence

I can't say for sure but it looks like it's either anxiety/stress or bacterial related.
