How high supposed to be the fever? My fever never exceeded 99 degrees taken orally. (99.7-99) always. If moderate night sweats occur without fever for few days does it mean than they are not ARS related just anxiety?
Thanks guys
Believe me....worries, stress, fears, etc.....all trump the severely anxious...and yes....they can cause your body to believe that you have a disease you do not have.
If you had ARS, chances are that you would be severely ill for 2-3 weeks with very high temp...(some quote it as the worst flu of their lives). Night sweats so bad that their sheets are soaken wet.
BTW...do not go by symptoms, your body/mind will play trickcs on you like you will not believe.
az,
Just to point something out, 99 degrees does not really mean that you have a fever. Your body temperature will fluctuate throughout the day, the week and the month. When people talk about a 98.6 body temperature, they are talking about something that doesn't really exist for most people. For instance, I run a little cold, my average body temperature is around 97 or so. Others run a bit hot, in the 99 degree range. Thus, for you to be at 99 degrees isn't really a fever, or much of one at all.
As Brian indicated, a fever that could be attributed to ARS would be well, well over this, and last for some period of time.
Accompanied by severe, ...and I mean, severe night sweats.
Thanks guys
