About chinese unknown hiv virus

im a guy from china and already got test of hiv after protected intercourse 7 weeks and recently i read some information of hiv virus that there has a type of undetected hiv virus in china(people who got test after 3 months with negative result and still has symptom)
im wondering that if this kind of virus is existence,thank u guys because im so afraid of this information and im freaking out
I appreciate your help
