About window period of OraQuick Advance

I was restassured before I saw strata's post about saying oraquick advance is only *slightly* sensitive than the first generation ELISA - which was produced 20 years ago.

In my understanding, the length of the window period depends on what type of test you use. They say that 6-week negative is almost conclusive for the current 3-gen test and I thought I should be safe since mine got negative after that. But now people are saying oraquick is just about the sensitivity of the first gen...

When I ask orasure , they keep saying it's 3-month :(
Dr. HHH, do you have any statistics about the window period for OraQuick Advance? Thanks!

Window periods are baloney. Everyone gives you a different answer. I'm going to just assume that I have it and then they can test my corpse when I die and write the result on my gravestone. Seriously, that's the way I feel about this.
